Usage process:
The raw material to be treated should be distributed on the conveyer belt through
such mechanism as a star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator. The
conveyer passes through the channel consisting of one or several heating units.
Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circulation systems. Each channel
has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passes through it,
hot air will pass through the raw material from top to bottom or bottom to top;
depending on operational choice. In this way the raw material can be dried evenly.

Applications:
This belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment widely used in the chemical,
foodstuff, pharmaceutical, construction materials, electronics, and related
industries. Especially suitable for drying raw materials that have good breathability
and have strip or granule shapes, this machine can also dry such paste raw materials
as filter cake after shaping through a granulator or extruder.

Suitability:
Dehydrating vegetables, granule feed, monosodium glutamate, check extraction,
organic pigments, synthetic rubber, propylene fibers, medicine, pharmaceutical
materials, small wooden products, plastic products, aging or solidifying electronic
elements.
